Rotogravure printing is a high-volume printing process employing an ink transfer mechanism. Each gravure cylinder is housed in a separate housing station. The web or substrate is transported by rollers from station to station. After each color is printed, the web passes through a dryer, where the solvent based ink is made to evaporate.

Substrates used for printing are BOPP, PET, PE, and other films. Substrates to be printed are in rolls and have a thickness ranging from 12 microns up to 100 microns. The width varies from 100mm to1000mm. Any design can be printed on the substrate using a combination of different colors. We can do both surfaces as well as reverse printing.
