Lamination

Bonding 2 or more films together using an adhesive or a layer of molten plastic producing a multi-layered structure.

A. Dry Bond Laminating Machine
Uses adhesive to bind the layers of substrates.
Dried up immediately by passing in a drying tunnel, with the help of a catalyst that accelerates the drying process.

B. Solvent-Free Laminating Machine
Adhesive used contains no solvents, thus eliminating the need for the oven.
Machine runs faster and adhesive laydown is thinner compared to dry bond lamination.

C. Extrusion Laminating /Coating Machine
Melt and apply molten resin between the two web materials being laminated. The bond is achieved as the molten resin re-solidifies “in situ”. Economical alternative to the dry laminating process.
