Importation Assistant

Role Profile:

The Importation Assistant reports directly to Purchasing Manager. He or she handles and processes incoming shipments of raw materials, machines, and spare parts of Bonpack, Bonflex and Janoschka.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other Business related course.
  2. At least 2 years work experience as an Importation Assistant or in a similar position.
  3. High Proficiency in Microsoft office is required.
  4. Pro-active, organized & efficient, willing to multi-task and able to work under minimum supervision.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping industry.
