When your packaging graphics design has been decided upon, it is subjected to different prepress operations before it can be printed. This is where close communication between you – our customer and our prepress people is required to ensure that the task is done right. It is essential to quality check the digital proofs before going to the next step.
After the gravure cylinders have been manufactured, a preproduction run will be made in our Proofing Machine. Your design will be double-checked by our Pre- Press Department Head, in-charge of Imaging, Cylinder Making, and Quality Control. You will be shown a printed proofing sample for you to certify and approve before its actual production begins.
Bonding 2 or more films together using an adhesive or a layer of molten plastic producing a multi-layered structure.
A. Dry Bond Laminating Machine
Uses adhesive to bind the layers of substrates.
Dried up immediately by passing in a drying tunnel, with the help of a catalyst that accelerates the drying process.
B. Solvent-Free Laminating Machine
Adhesive used contains no solvents, thus eliminating the need for the oven.
Machine runs faster and adhesive laydown is thinner compared to dry bond lamination.
Slitting and Rewinding Department Ensure that every roll is thoroughly checked and sorted, so that our delivery to our customer will be free of defects
